Mocha Coffee

'Mocha' is commonly used to refer to the combined flavor of chocolate and coffee, especially coffee beverages that include chocolate as an ingredient. This term is certainly derived from Mocha beans themselves. Grown and harvested in Yemen, the beans gained popularity in the late 18th century and were named after the port of Mocha, through which most Yemeni coffee was exported until 1911.

Cupping Notes: Rich chocolate-focused taste with notes of caramel and earthy spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Hints of bright, light floral fruit tastes reminiscent of raspberry and orange blossom.
