Economic and civil disruptions have historically caused fluctuating production and harmed the Nicaraguan coffee trade, but this variety is regaining popularity for its floral brightness. Nicaragua shares borders with Costa Rica and Honduras, and the coffee shares qualities with other Central American producers, but stands out with a milder acidity.

Cupping Notes: Well-balanced fruity and citrusy flavors. Medium body, mild acidity.
